This business is part of a rapidly growing £multi-million group producing high quality food products for the UK’s leading retailers. The business provides their customers with products of exceptional quality and strives to meet and exceed the expectations of both customers and d consumers. An experienced Technical Manager is required to improve the business capability and join a site team to deliver sustainable growth.
You will act as a site quality expert and will manage a team of QA Auditors and QA Technicians. You will demonstrate your ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and also play a key role in managing customer relationships.
You will have experience of operating in a QA focussed role within the food industry . A working knowledge of BRC and effective quality systems in food environments is essential. You will also play a crucial role in audit activity on site. A practical and positive outlook to develop the function and promote effective quality practice throughout the business is essential.
