Interim QA Manager - Food

As the Interim QA Manager - Food you will be responsible for:
Establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance systems
Document control
Supplier vendor rating system
Helping Technical manager through BRC coming up in next few months.
Raw material, packaging and supplier approval
Technical KPI's
Member of HACCP
Micro testing programme on raw materials and finished products
Allergen management
Overall product quality
Internal audit system
Handling and response customer complaints
QAs
Customer specifications
Label database

You will need knowledge in the following to undertake theInterim QA Managerrole:
Working in a fast paced product development led food business.
Managing a broad supplier base from a commercial and/or technical perspective
Working with major UK retailers.
Technical understanding of food ingredients.
Effective man and team management skills.
High level of commercial awareness
Ability to drive & influence change
Effective project management
