The Technical Manager Role:
Will be focused on delivering the technical objectives of the business. The key aspects of the role include :-
Ensuring strong customer relationships with the Multiple Retailers through a proactive communication style, backed by high order technical proficiency.
Membership of relevant food industry technical bodies and a relevant food industry qualification at degree level
We're looking for an open management style with a robust approach to problem solving and supplier management.
You will be a great communicator with a strong understanding of technical issues in the food sector.
We need a strong work ethic, an understanding of business commercial drivers and a background which includes major retailer interface.
You will have achieved a management position through a combination of hard work, relationship building and, logical, high quality decision making.
We need management experience which includes team leadership, development and recruitment in addition to required wide ranging technical skills.
The successful candidate will report to the company directors.
