This leading manufacturing organisation is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to provide a generalist HR service to the business. Key responsibilities will include: providing a full advisory and support service to line management on all day to day ER issues; recruitment and selection on site; delivering new policies, procedures and training initiatives to support the business; and coaching and developing line managers.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will possess previous generalist HR experience in a FMCG environment. A pragmatic, forward thinking HR professional with a hands on approach, you will have a solid background in operational HR and be able to effectively influence at all levels within the organisation. Key to success is the drive and determination to cope with the pace and pressure of this highly demanding environment.
