We're looking for a buyer with food industry experience and a disciplined and structured approach to purchasing. You'll need high level commercial skills and first class negotiation capability
This key role is in a team dedicated to ensuring the commercial success of the business through intelligent purchasing, stock control and materials management.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, at all levels of the business internally and externally
*Ability to work independently, but with full support and guidance of the purchasing manager
*Track record of success in cost improvement
*Good understanding of food industry quality and shelf life imperatives
