I am currently recruiting a Production Shift Supervisor to work nights on a 12hr shift basis working 4 nights on 3 days off then 3 nights on 4 days off with a starting salary of £30,500 which includes the shift allowance. My client are a leading food manufacturer based in East Anglia who supply 3 of the UK's leading multiple food retailers.
You will provide leadership to the Shift Production team and to manage the day to day activities in the factory to meet daily and weekly KPI’s and drive safety, quality, customer service, efficiency and cost improvements through the team by working with other operational departments. You will also maintain and develop a safe, quality conscious and technically sound workplace culture.
Ideally you will have good people management skills with the ability to motivate the team as well as having Chilled Food manufacturing experience.
An understanding of KPI’s (Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Cost) and an accurate work ethic with attention to detail is essential. along with Basic PC skills, Excel, Word & Email.
