Production Shift Manager - South Yorkshire - Permanent - £32,000
Shift Manager required to join a fast moving chilled food manufacturer in the South Yorkshire area.
Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the production processes to deliver output requirements within agreed budgets.
The ideal candidate should be able identify opportunities and deliver solutions for continuous department improvement.
We would like to hear from experienced Shift Managers who have a good understanding of implementing continuous improvement methods within a Lean culture, and have worked in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering a salary of up to £32,000, working a 5 over 7 shift pattern.
