This Technical Account Manager role requires someone with excellent technical and product skills plus the ability to work closely with a number of different Multiple Retailers Technical teams on all technical aspects of delivering Retailer Brands to the consumer.

The Technical Account Manager role incorporates:
*Managing all technical aspects of Retailer Brand product launches, contract tenders and other initiatives such as health & nutrition or cost saving projects.
*Manage retailer audits, visits, technical reviews, and technical communications from and to retailers.
*Organise retailer bench marking initiatives and retailer supplier reports.
*Manage quality issues and consumer complaints.
*Create & manage a 'customer development plan' & identify the technical input required on existing & new products.
*Maintain accurate technical information products and provide this information via Retailer Specification Systems.
