Reporting into the Operations Director you will be a Graduate and have a proven track record of success from within a process driven food manufacturing environment and have the ability and desire to succeed within this autonomous position. The business is continually focused on training and development and will offer the successful candidate future career opportunities.
A leader rather than a manager you will already be operating at Operations Manager level and will be at the top of your game within the industry. You will have outstanding communication skills and will be an integral link between the manufacturing and technical functions. With high levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm you will engage and continually achieve through your team. It goes without saying that Lean Manufacturing techniques such as OEE, NME, SIC, SMED, TPM and TQM will be second nature to you.
Coming from a food manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will be of a 'can do attitude' who is able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be an ambitious person who enjoys taking on challenges and responsibilities and wanting to play a pivotal part in a strong team. You will be a driven individual with a genuine desire to get to a position of senior management.
