Production Supervisor / Shift Production Manager

A progressive Food Manufacturing business is undergoing a period of Operational restructure and is looking to strengthen the team with a Shift Production Manager.

The right individual will come from a background of retail supply chain production, and will have experience of implementing targeted KPIs, and leading process improvement projects.

You will be experienced at leading a team to achieve results from demanding situations within a fast paced environment.
