Job Title: NPD Manager
Location: Teeside
Salary: c50k + car allowance + benefits
The Candidate:
- As NPD Manager you will have previous experience in a customer interfacing role with the major retailers
- Track record in developing new & existing products within the food manufacturing sector
- Highly motivated, determined & enthusiastic individual with strong leadership & team building qualities
- You must have had experience as a Senior NPD Technologist or NPD Manager previously with a fast paced food manufacturer.
The Role:
- You will manage and develop the company’s NPD performance in respect of retailer requirements.
- To define the appropriate NPD projects with a designated retailer to achieve targets and to control critical paths internally & externally to deliver such projects on time, every time, in full.
- You will be the technical expert for the customer ensuring action standards are met
