Due to the continued growth of this thriving business, our client, a highly successful bakery business is now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate test baker to join and enhance their team.
Your responsibilities will include –
- Conducting standardized tests to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as colour, texture, or nutrients.
- Providing assistance to technologists in research and development, production technology and quality control.
- Computing moisture and salt contents, percentages of ingredients, formulas, or other product factors whilst analysing and compiling the results.
- Ensuring that the products meet their specifications.
- Examining and comparing baked goods for uniformity of colour and texture.
