Our client, a leading food manufacturer, supplies a range of quality products to the major multiples. They are currently looking to strengthen their NPD Team and have identified a need to recruit an NPD Technologist. The role will encompass everything that brings a product to market, from initial concept through to launch working closely with internal departments, customers and suppliers.
Practical, passionate and innovative, you should possess a food/scientific related degree, supported by experience within product and process development. You should demonstrate an innovative yet practical approach coupled with a real drive to introduce new concepts and deliver products through the factory process and critical path to market. Communication, team working and interpersonal skills are key attributes.
