Our client is a large and fast growing food manufacturer operating from multiple sites across the UK. They have an outstanding reputation supplying across the major multiples and their own brand.
The business is looking to bring in some exceptional talent and therefore they have identified a need to recruit dynamic and progressive production manager to cover the night shift. You will be responsible for the all the production facility reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will be required to drive performance, ensure standards are met and lead your area to over achieve targets.
The right individual will be of degree calibre, be well versed in modern manufacturing techniques, have experience of driving team performance and be numbers orientated. You will be from a food background and have strong communication skills been able to lead by example and change ways in working attitudes.
