Led by a highly motivated management team, this leading food producer’s development has been steady and sustained and detailed plans are in place for further growth.
As Production Manager, you will be a highly visible member of the senior management team and will assume overall responsibility for maintaining and improving profitability and manufacturing performance levels across your shift. Your priorities will be to maximise the efficiency of the site whilst driving change in all areas. You will provide clear leadership, focusing on reducing costs and implementing a continuous improvement programme to include productivity, employee relations, quality and customer service.
Forward thinking and practical, you will be skilled in building strong working partnerships both internally and externally. You will have a progressive view towards production excellence and will possess management experience gained within a fast moving responsive production environment, ideally specialising in short shelf life products. You should be quality focused, results-orientated with a passionate, positive, can do attitude.
