Person specification:
- The successful candidate will hold a BSc/ HND/ GNVQ in Horticulture, Agriculture, Food Science or another related discipline
The IDEAL candidate will possess:
- A number of years experience at a Technical Manager level within a fresh produce or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships of mutual trust with customers and suppliers
- The ability to combine technical and commercial issues to gain customer satisfaction
- A proactive approach to technical issues
