This established and well respected food business are looking for a passionate and driven NPD star to contribute to the development of new and existing products. Developing products within the chilled sector you’ll be responding to customer briefs to drive exciting new concepts that reflect upcoming trends within food by working closely with suppliers to source innovative ingredients that compliment your range of products. You will also be updating the company’s current ranges where you'll develop and adapt recipes to improve taste, texture, quality and cost. Liaising with the Process team you’ll also help to ensure a smooth hand over from kitchen to factory to guarantee that all products are manufactured to the highest quality every time.

We are looking for an ambitious food science graduate who has gained valuable NPD concept to launch experience within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. With a proven track record of developing concepts for the UK retailers you’ll be able to demonstrate your excellent presentation and project management skills in order to launch successful products into the market place. You’ll have great communication skills as you’ll be liaising with internal teams as well as suppliers and a key customer base.
