- Educated to minimum HNC/HND in a food or science related discipline
- Certificate in HACCP
- Certificate in Food Hygiene
- Experience in Food QMS - BRC/ISO
- - Understanding of Health & Safety legislation, Food Safety legislation, Food Hygiene and HACCP.
