Confectioners to be able to read recipes, weigh and produce all aspects of confectionery to a high standard.
Bakers must be able to hand mould, mix, bake and develop new products.
These jobs encompass through creation to point of sale, with responsibility for your working environment.
Suitable applicants will be very conversant within their sphere.
Basic spoken and written English is necessary.
Should be self-motivated and passionate for the products being produced.
