My client is an innovative producer of chilled food products, renowned for supplying a range of quality products directly into the major retailers. The company has ambitious future plans and are looking for an equally forward-thinking Engineering Manager to help realise the company’s strategic goals.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for a large team of engineers managed through two supervisors. The role will involve management of all capital projects from concept through to completion and maintenance of all plant machinery to the highest standard. A key aspect of the role will be to lead and initiate continuous improvement techniques across the site in order to increase efficiencies.
A minimum of 3 years production experience within a food manufacturing environment is essential, ideally within the chilled sector. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a high pressure environment and driving efficiencies through continuous improvement. We are looking for a high energy individual with an unrivalled track record within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
