Our client is a leading premium Dessert manufacturer, producing high-end own label products for the major multiples/retailers across the UK.
Reporting to the Site Director, the purpose of the role is to facilitate the technical aspects of product improvement, innovation and launches.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the Desserts/Bakery industry, supplying products into the major multiples. You will be Degree/HND educated in a Food Science subject, have retailer specifications training and be aware of ethical trading requirements. You must have exceptional project management and product innovation experience.
The salary for this role is £35,000 to £40,000 depending on the experience of the candidate. This is a rare chance to live in an idyllic part of the country, and is an opportunity not to be missed!
