Our client operates in a growth market worth over £1Billion. Due to the expansion of the site through investment and securing new business there is a need to strengthen the Operational team through the appointment of an outstanding individual.

The key challenge will be to maximise the business growth opportunity, whilst continuing the highest levels of customer satisfaction for product innovation, quality and delivery. This senior position will take on site responsibility for all Production in a complex, fast moving food operation and you will align people to a purpose, provide clear direction and ensure effective communication.
Playing a pro-active role in driving forward manufacturing best practice you will also seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and be the key relationship builder with the customers - responsive to their business objectives and needs. Strong leadership skills, combined with a successful track record of building and developing teams will be essential.
The role provides a high level of autonomy.
Possessing several years progressive management experience in food manufacturing coupled with a proven track record of results delivery, you will have outstanding commercial, financial and organisational ability. Through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead, develop and motivate others to provide first class customer service.
