The business is a market leader within the industry and due to their continued success and growth they now seek to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to lead the continued development of site procedures.
Reporting into the General Manager you will set a clear strategy for site Health & Safety. This will include complete review of existing practises and the recommendation and implementation of new procedures as appropriate. You will liaise with relevant external bodies and have strong influencing and training skills. You must share H&S best practise on a group basis and support the site audit programme. You will manage the investigation of all incidents and work to ensure best practise.
You will currently be a Health & Safety Manager working ideally within the food manufacturing industry. A minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate is required for this role.

£32,000 - £38,000
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
