An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Night Shift Production Manager / Production shift manager to join this award winning food manufacturer who is a leading player within their sector. With continued expansion the company is recognised as being a progressive forward thinking organisation.
As Night Shift Production Manager you will be responsible for the running of the site in the absence of the Operations Manager. With the support of the Operations Manager you will develop and continuously improve site operations and achieve the site vision and company's forward strategy. You will be responsible organising and directing the manufacture of products in line with production programmes and operating budgets to company safety, quality and hygiene standard.
An existing Night shift Production Manager / Production Shift Manager, coming from within a chilled food manufacturing environment, which is a prerequisite, you will drive Continuous Improvement process to achieve better cost effectiveness, productivity, quality and hygiene whilst developing your team to perform and grow in their roles, individually and as a mutually supporting team through multi-skilling and participation. It is essential that you are a positive individual with a can-do attitude with good communication and relationship building skills who is willing to develop.
