Our client is a specialist food manufacturer enjoying excellent relationships with its key retail customers. The business focus is to further develop the unique manufacturing proposition, enabling continued significant growth of premium products within its chosen chilled food sectors.
They are now looking to appoint an ambitious high calibre individual to take full responsibility for all site operations. You’ll need to be capable of managing and motivating at all levels throughout the business and must possess the logistical and organisational skills, which will be essential to deliver your targets. Building on past successes you will develop and implement a strategy, which, through the development of people and new commercial initiatives will increase sales, profitability and market-share.
The ideal candidate will have had at least five year’s experience of food manufacture - preferable short shelf life chilled - with a strong track record of personal achievement in complex manufacturing environments. Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead, develop and motivate others to provide first class customer service.
