Customer Services focused Logistics Coordinator is required for this fast moving food manufacture - you will deal with all the major multiple retailer to optimise order fulfilment through your excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a high successful and fast growing food business who need a great supply chain manager to interface with their Multiple Retailer customers to ensure to pro-actively manage all aspects of order fulfilment.
Key Aspects of the role will include:
*Development and maintenance of a positive working relationship with Multiple Retailer customers.
*Proactively manage customer supply issues - advanced warning of non-delivery and agreement with customer on way forward - minimising disruption to client and additional costs of supply.
*Working in conjunction with the customer and in house teams (Planning, Scheduling & Distribution) to use sales forecast to effectively plan the daily output from the site
*Quickly and effectively resolve customer service delivery problems to the satisfaction of the customer
This is a new role and the successful candidate will need to come into the business and evolve the role to meet the needs of both the customer and the business.
