You will be joining the senior management team on site so this is also an opportunity to have the exposure of introducing new systems by improving quality and enhancing procedures. Supplying high care products to the retailers, this is a dynamic business which has achieved considerable growth, presenting a unique opportunity of driving innovative technical solutions.
They now wish to appoint a talented Factory Manager to lead and develop all operational functions across production. Key KPI’s include service levels and throughput, yield and volume and of course first class quality. Leadership, mentoring and daily delivery of the production plan are vital elements of this role.
There are also a number of exciting new projects that you will lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and team oriented individual to make a significant contribution to their overall business strategy and development.
Candidates must possess a successful track record in factory management, ideally from the sandwich assembly/production sector. Of degree calibre, you should be a highly skilled communicator, self-motivated, with a passion for delivering first class customer service. As a proven leader, you should be pro-active, resourceful, energetic and charismatic.
