They are looking for a Team Leader with the drive and determination to grow and develop the business.
Reporting into the Factory Manager you will:
-- Be responsible for KPI's in production and H&S.
-- Ensure H&S and hygiene standards are implemented and adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have / be:
-- Experience of managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
-- Able to identify ways of improving efficiencies.
