This is an entrepreneurial and customer focused company producing first class products for the major retailers and foodservice customers - they are a market leader with their range of high quality, innovative, products.
Reporting to the NPD Manager, the position will provide cover for a Development Technologist working on specific accounts in the product development field. This relatively simple manufacturing process still requires a knowledgeable individual who is well versed in concept to launch NPD process. This role requires customer liaison and presentational skills.
Requiring a motivational approach together with NPD experience from within a food manufacturing environment. A big motivating factor will be the challenge to develop innovative products which fulfil the customer briefs.
