An experienced Stock Controller is now required to join this £multi-million business. The successful candidate will be a methodical worker who can think fast and improvise in tight situations. Comfortable working on their own or as a team player, the Stock Controller’s key duties will include the daily monitoring, ordering and reporting of stocks using manual and computerised systems. With short life chilled food products arriving daily from all over the UK & various European countries, strong problem solving and communication skills will be required to ensure our supply and customer service levels are maintained at their current enviable levels. Previous stock management experience would be favorable; however the ability to challenge current procedures and implement fresh ideas in what is already a thriving operation would be advantageous. Strong Excel experience is essential.
