Availability Manager

Role Purpose:

As an Availability Manager you will be responsible for managing the end to end supply chain process with your customers; liaising with sales teams, production teams and managing the relationship with the customer supply chain teams to deliver maximum product availability at minimum cost.



Specific Areas of Role Accountability:

Forecasts
  • Manage short term operational forecast for relevant accounts
  • Analyse trends and impact on the forecast
  • Work with sales team to turn sales plans into a robust forecast
  • Align Britvic forecast to customer requirements through collaborative relationship with customers


Availability and Service
  • Drive improved customer availability through insight and knowledge
  • Manage reporting and monitoring of availability
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders


Insight
  • Work with customers on cost saving / efficiency projects
  • Provide accurate and timely data to support key decision making processes
  • Influencing key stakeholders to deliver plans






Qualifications & Experience preferred
  • Qualified to degree level or relevant experience
  • Experience in an FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of SAP & APO systems
  • Experience of influencing key stakeholders
  • Customer facing experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • High level numerical & analytical skill
