
Availability Manager
Role Purpose:
As an Availability Manager you will be responsible for managing the end to end supply chain process with your customers; liaising with sales teams, production teams and managing the relationship with the customer supply chain teams to deliver maximum product availability at minimum cost.
Specific Areas of Role Accountability:
Forecasts
- Manage short term operational forecast for relevant accounts
- Analyse trends and impact on the forecast
- Work with sales team to turn sales plans into a robust forecast
- Align Britvic forecast to customer requirements through collaborative relationship with customers
Availability and Service
- Drive improved customer availability through insight and knowledge
- Manage reporting and monitoring of availability
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Insight
- Work with customers on cost saving / efficiency projects
- Provide accurate and timely data to support key decision making processes
- Influencing key stakeholders to deliver plans
Qualifications & Experience preferred
- Qualified to degree level or relevant experience
- Experience in an FMCG environment
- Knowledge of SAP & APO systems
- Experience of influencing key stakeholders
- Customer facing experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- High level numerical & analytical skill
