Location: South West England
Salary: £ 28-32,000
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
My client is a major chilled, high-risk foods manufacturer, supplying to the major UK retailers
Summary of job scope:
Ensuring that safe, legal and conforming product is released to customers
Key accountabilities:
· Managing the QA team
· Ensuring all internal audits are carried out on schedule and to the level that is expected
· Ensuring Quality Management Systems are adhered to and maintained
· Ensuring that all finished products match all customers’ required specifications and standards
Ideal candidate will be:
· HACCP knowledgeable
· Auditor qualified
· Knowledgeable of food hygiene procedures
Ideal candidate will have:
· QA Management experience
· Experience of working with dairy or high risk products
· Experience of carrying out internal audits
· Experience of major UK retailers COPs
