You will be required to lead an engaged engineering team whilst operating in an environment of continuous improvement. You will be expected to carry out proactive and reactive maintenance on the production lines, manage budgets and work towards achieving a fully functional PPM system.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful record of achievement in delivering high quality electrical and mechanical engineering services within the food manufacturing industry. You will be highly motivated with a ‘Can Do’ attitude that will ensure your desire to succeed and grow within the company.
