Shift Manager

My Client are a leading supplier of a variety of Chilled food products into the major retailers.  This is a good time to join a company going from strength to strength.  They are looking for a Shift Manager to join their successful team.

Reporting into the Operations Manager you will:

--  Be able to support and implement change programmes across the site.
--  Deliver key KPI's and improve performance.
--  Coach and train a large team on Shift.
--  Lead and drive high standards of food quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have / be:

--  Have proven management skills within food manufacturing.
