Our client is one of the largest food manufacturers within the their market in the UK who are looking for a Engineering Manager, on an initial 3 month contract, to help them achieve the delivery of their engineering strategy.
Working as part of the maintenance management team you will be instrumental in ensuring that Key Performance Indicators are achieved. You will be operating in an environment of continuous improvement, with a brief to minimise downtime and optimise performance. You will also be expected to carry out proactive and reactive maintenance on the production lines and work towards achieving a fully functional PPM system.
You will be qualified with a recognised Engineering qualification and have a successful record of achievement in delivering high quality engineering services within the food manufacturing industry. You will have excellent people management experience in leading teams.
