We are looking for someone with a strong record of success in an FMCG manufacturing/production environment. As well as this you'll need to have an aptitude for problem solving and be excited by operating in a fast changing environment. You will have managed, motivated and developed a team of production staff including shift managers and operators whilst working closely with engineering and maintenance teams. A proven track record in driving world class manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvements and people management and development are essential.
We are looking for someone who is a thought leader, who not only brings a proven track record but insights into the future of the FMCG manufacturing techniques. We're also looking for someone who can combine this with a pragmatic and down to earth approach with an engaging style to drive through change.
You will tend to adopt a thorough, analytical approach to problem solving yet have the confidence and capability to cut to the chase where appropriate. You'll have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate, engage and deliver through people at all levels, both internally and externally, using your own passion, clear direction and relentless drive for excellence and results.
