Leading chilled food manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Night Engineering Team Leader to provide engineering support to production.
As a key member of the Engineering team, you’ll take responsibility for achieving budgeted machine performance targets and ensuring the machines are kept running to peak performance within the manufacturing unit. You’ll deliver quality engineering support to site, supporting services and utilities, providing planned and breakdown maintenance to plant and equipment, through the application of acquired electrical / mechanical and diagnostic skills.
This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to be assertive in difficult situations. With previous experience within the food sector, you will be able to demonstrate experience of planned preventative maintenance, progressive maintenance techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
