An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an industry leading food manufacturer in the role of Production Team Leader.
Reporting to the Shift Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of 15 operatives in order to maximise the performance of the department. You will be responsible for driving a set range of KPI’s and ensuring Production targets are constantly exceeded.
You will have experience of working in a similar role within the Food industry, preferably within the meat industry. Problem solving skills are key, along with strong man management skills and the willingness to learn and adapt to new surroundings.
Based in the West Midlands, this opportunity offers the right individual significant opportunities to progress within this industry leading organisation.
