Our client is a leading manufacturer of short shelf life products with an enviable reputation for innovation, creativity and customer service, and proven success in delivering the very highest standards of quality to the major retailers.
They are currently seeking a talented Technical Manager to optimise quality and performance throughout the organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of product quality and safety. In particular you will drive and deliver continuous improvement initiatives through quality systems and regular customer liaison to ensure that their products are, in all respects, of optimum quality for their intended use.
You will be required to provide strong direction to the entire technical team as well as having knowledge of the BRC standards and Quality Management Systems. You will have a proven track record in quality and technical management gained within the food industry and are now looking for a further challenge.
