PACKAGING INNOVATION MANAGER

Reporting to the Head of Innovation, you will be responsible for the design, development and trialling of packaging materials and packing process equipment to meet business and customer requirements across the business. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new and innovative packaging and their processes and systems to deliver new and innovative concepts.
This is a challenging and demanding role where you will be designing and developing innovative packaging solutions and processes across all product ranges, supporting categories in project delivery and innovation.
As an experienced project manager, you will be highly organised, possessing the ability to align the necessary resources to achieve objectives. Preference will be given to those with cross functional management experience.
Commercially astute, the successful applicant will have food packaging experience and have demonstrable experience in launching innovative concepts in the market place. Preference will be given to those with a relevant qualification in packaging.
An excellent communicator, with strong influencing and negotiation skills, you will be able to demonstrate an analytical mind and a solid understanding of financial measurements and the cost drivers that impact the business.
