An exciting opportunity for Senior Production Manager has arisen in one of the Middle East’s major liquid Manufacturers. Based at their modern high-tech factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, our client is looking to recruit a manufacturing professional to assist with their growth strategy.
You will have full accountability of the day-to-day running of multi business units within the plant through your highly skilled departmental managers. Your responsibilities will include full budget control, the successful delivery of the production plans and the training and development of your teams. You will deliver of a comprehensive list of KPI’s be and continually analyse alternative methods to achieve improvements in efficiencies and output.
The ideal candidate will have a significant amount of management knowledge within milk/juice production, with the ability to direct and motivate a large and multi-national workforce. You will be results driven, forward thinking with the capability to make decisions quickly whilst managing change
