Our client is a market leading food manufacturer based at a number of sites throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a talented and dynamic Night Shift Engineering Team Leader to operate within a fast paced chilled food environment. Successful candidates will be expected to form excellent working relationships with managers and operatives alike, in order to help the company fulfil the company ambition of delivering 100% service levels to its customers. Applicants will be able to meet demanding business requirements which will include, improving and delivering higher levels of engineering performance and efficiency whilst maintaining the high level of operational functionality expected by the client
Successful candidates will be proven engineering professionals, who have developed and progressed their careers within the food industry within a chilled manufacturing environment. They will have a track record of driving change and development to improve both personnel and site performance through a highly developed and adaptive leadership style. Applicants must be forward thinking and commercially focussed, understanding the impact that their actions have on the bottom line. Finally, you will be an enthusiastic, credible and self-motivated individual with high energy levels and a ‘can do’ attitude, whilst also being an outstanding communicator, able to drive cultural change, engage with the site teams and influence attitudes to adopt and impose new strategy and good factory practice.
