An exciting opportunity has arisen for driven and ambitious Production Shift Manager / Production Manager to join this award winning food manufacturer. This is a challenging opportunity but represents and excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and shape the business's future.
You will currently be an established Shift Production Manger / Production Manager, from within the Food Manufacturing industry, ideally a chilled environment, and will be seeking a demanding role within a fast moving dynamic business. A natural leader you will have an empowering and inclusive management style and be driven by achieving the necessary results through your team. KPI focused you will have experience of building commercially aware teams who will take ownership of their roles and install confidence and passion in them to drive their careers forward.
A self motivated individual who puts all of their energy into the something in order to achieve more, whilst constantly putting in the extra effort to achieve the business needs, you will have a mindset of Continuous Improvement and have a sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques enabling you to implement sustainable change. It goes without saying that you will have a proven track record within a food manufacturing environment.
