Production Supervisor/Team Leader

Production Supervisors required for an exciting growing business. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced production professional to work within a £multi-million food manufacturing business supplying high quality products to the grocery retailers and quick service restaurants. The business has built a superb reputation within the industry and they are one of the market leaders within their sector. Reporting into the Production Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of people on shift to achieve agreed company KPIs. These will range from production efficiency and waste reduction whilst ensuring exceptional quality and health & safety standards are met. You must have previous experience of training and managing people keeping them motivated and task focused. You will be currently a Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor operating within the FMCG manufacturing industry. Experience of working within a food manufacturing environment, particularly chilled, is highly desirable. You must have people management experience and be someone who likes to be visible on the factory and lead by example.
