Are you an experienced Hygiene Manager in the food industry ?
Maybe your an experienced Technical Manager who has managed Hygiene throughout your career ?
If so my client is actively recruiting for a Site Hygiene Manager on nights to work at this fast paced chilled food manufacturing site and be part of this successful 'Blue Chip' business.
You will be expected to work Sunday to Thursday from 10pm till 6am on a fixed shift basis where you will lead and manage a team of skilled Hygiene Operatives to safely deliver the required cleaning schedules to the required standard at the required cost.
Ideally you will have the:
-Ability to lead and motivate their team by example and training
-Well developed written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to effectively plan labour against the needs of the factory
-Knowledge of developing and maintaining cleaning systems
-Experience of in-house and customer audits
-Flexibility to cover shift hygiene requirements
-Basic understanding of microbiology
-Experience of health and safety/HACCP
-A comprehensive understanding of hygiene practices, enabling the development of continuous performance improvement plans covering efficiency of clean, time management and consumable use (KPI's)
-Ability to communicate and influence others
