Production Manager - North London Operations

Integral to the success of the North London Operations, reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, this role delivers the required manufacture of finished products across production lines, whilst meeting and ideally exceeding the production performance, people, quality, yield and CRS targets.

Your job!
Bringing the initiative to drive and deliver performance; the commercial understanding to create and control the budget and ensure all available resources are utilized with maximum efficiency.

Taking full accountability for delivering line utilisation targets and production schedules you will effectively manage the timely completion of the maintenance plan and command and control all planned and unplanned events to optimise line performance and production cost through shift management teams.

Your skills….
You will be required to demonstrate proven operational management ability in a high volume FMCG production environment. Excellent knowledge and technical expertise in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is essential. The passion and ability to coach and lead people is key, combined with the motivation to train and develop the shift management team to reach their full potential.
