Responsible for optimising the baking process, you’ll support quality assurance and the continuous improvement of standards and systems. You’ll also work closely with production and engineering teams as you help us achieve high product standards and champion continuous improvement. A team player, experience in an FMCG environment would be advantageous but not essential, you thrive on new challenge and responsibility. Knowledge of QMS, HACCP, CCP, bread weighing and other key legal requirements would be beneficial.
