Are you a Despatch/Logistics professional with experience of working with Food related products looking for an immediate start?
If so, I have an urgent requirement for Despatch/Logistics professionals to take on a Interim contract to start immediately for one of the UK's largest food manufacturers based in the South Coast of England.
This contract wil last a minimum of 4 weeks with a view to be extended or possibly become a permanent full time contract.
You will be responsible for managing a large despatch function for a fast moving food manufacturer managing a team of 10 people on a 3 on 3 off basis from 6pm to 6am. You will be responsible for making sure that all transport leaves at the agreed times and that all orders are picked correctly and on time and that all stock counting is completed.
My client are looking for a good people manager who can hit the ground running, you must have previous management/supervisory experience within a despatch/logistics function, preferablly within food manufacturing although not essential.
The salary on offer will be £25k-£30k pro rata dependant of experience and suitability.
