Process Technologist
Scotbeef is the leading fresh meat added value meat processor in Scotland, supplying a number of major UK retailers.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Process Technologist to join the Product Development team at this market leading company, based at our East Kilbride site (with a requirement to work at our Queenslie site in Glasgow also).
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in heat processing within the food industry and will be confident in dealing with the major retail multiples. They will also hold a HACCP qualification, a full driving licence and will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the food industry.
In addition, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels are essential for this role.
