- Investigating and reporting customer complaints and queries
- Preparing customer specifications
- Managing supplier information
- Assisting Supplier Performance Reviews
The successful applicant will have experience of:
- BRC v6
- A second language would be a significant advantage
- Experience in preparing product specfications is essential
